This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the invoicing process between Skarbol (referred to as “Provider”) and the client (referred to as “Client”). By engaging with Skarbol’s services, the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work and Modifications:
The invoice covers services outlined in the project proposal dated [date]. Any additional work or modifications to existing features will be subject to a separate agreement and may incur additional standard charges.
2. Late Payment Fees:
Payments are due within [number] days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of [percentage] or [amount] per day until the outstanding balance is settled.
3. Taxes:
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and added to the total amount based on the prevailing tax rates.

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary resources, and access to relevant information required for the completion of the project. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
By accepting the services provided by Skarbol, the Client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above. This document serves as an official record of the agreement between Skarbol and the Client regarding invoicing procedures and associated terms. Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
